Pastor's Message:

Dear Friends:

We are so glad that our website is finally up and about to share the work of our ministry with you. It is a wonderful tool and we hope that it will be used for the glory of God for years to come.

We are located in Springtown, Pennsylvania. We are a small town country church. We are affiliated with the United Methodist Church of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference and part of the Northeast District.

Though we are a small church, we have a big heart for God's ministry. We are very much involved with the Mission and Outreach programs both locally and abroad. We are a very friendly church, we love our visitors and try to welcome them, in our midst as our brothers and sister in Christ. Our worship services are open spirited, where we let the Holy Spirit lead us in the direction that He wants. Yet we are structured enough to stay focused on the Lord and His calling. We believe in the Word and we preach the Word of God. When our choir sings it draws people closer to God. We are blessed with some beautiful voices and our Choir Director is always looking for new ideas to share good music with those who come to worship with us.

Although the church is not a building, we are very happy to have our church building. It is an old historic church with beautiful stone facing. We also have beautiful stained glass windows with various Christian themes. Our building is air-conditioned and we are blessed to have comfortable cushioned pews to sit down and worship our God.

We are very much evangelical and we believe that God is the head of our church. Everybody is treated equally and with respect. We believe that the sole purpose for us to exist here at Salem is to serve God and His people. We are part of His body. We are His hands, His feet, His eyes, and His mouth to carry out His plan in the world.

We also believe that we are His bride. We are preparing ourselves for His return. We are also part of the royal priesthood, representing Christ in the world.

This is a brief way to introduce ourselves to you. This is basically who we are. Come and see for yourself what wonderful deeds God is doing in our midst. Maybe you will like it. May God bless you and yours!

In His Service,

Pastor Samuel Ramnit
